The District of Columbia Association for the Education of Young Children (DCAEYC) has become aware of a fraudulent GoFundMe campaign falsely using our organization’s name to collect donations.

We want to make it clear that DCAEYC does not have, and has never created, any fundraising campaigns on GoFundMe or any similar third-party donation platforms. These unauthorized campaigns are not associated with our organization in any way.

If you come across any fundraising page or social media post claiming to represent DCAEYC on GoFundMe, please do not make a donation and report it directly to GoFundMe’s support team.

DCAEYC is committed to transparency and integrity in all our operations. All official updates, campaigns, and donation opportunities will always be shared directly through our official website (www.dcaeyc.org), our verified social media accounts, and our member newsletters.
