The step-by-step of how to become a DCAEYC Member

Becoming a member of DCAEYC is simple and rewarding. As part of your membership, you also join NAEYC, the nation’s largest association of early childhood education professionals. This step-by-step guide, along with the screenshots, will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. â€‹

Step 1
Go to www.dcaeyc.org
, click on Membership, then select Become a Member.

Scroll down and click the button for the NAEYC Membership Application. This will take you to the National AEYC website.

On the NAEYC page, scroll down and click Join NAEYC or Renew Membership.

For new members, create an account. Enter your email, verify it, and set up a password.

Fill out your personal information.

On the homepage, click Join NAEYC. This will lead you to the membership section.

Choose the membership plan that fits you best, scroll down, and click Next.

On the next page, select District of Columbia Association for the Education of Young Children (DCAEYC) as your affiliate. Click Next.

Select your payment method, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Next.

Review your membership details, confirm your payment, and click Checkout. You’re done! You are now a member of both DCAEYC and NAEYC.
